There is a place where nothing is supposed to grow.

Not soil. Not soft. Concrete.

Cold, cracked, forgotten. The kind of place you walk past. The kind of place you were told you would never make it out of.

And yet .....

A crack appears.

Not because the concrete wanted to break. Because something underneath refused to stop pushing.

A single green sprout.

It didn't wait for rain. It didn't wait for permission. It didn't wait for someone to come water it. It grew in the one inch of light it was given.

With dewdrops still holding on to its leaves. Like tears it didn't wipe off.

That's the image.

The front says V2W. Our letters are made of the same cracked concrete you came from. Broken, textured, heavy. But on the W — look close — a sprout is breaking through the top. That's the win. Not the letters. The life coming out of them.

The back says what we learned in the trench:

WHAT YOU DO WHEN NO ONE IS LOOKING GROWS INTO WHO YOU BECOME.

Nobody clapped when you were in that concrete. No cameras. No likes. Just you, in the dark, choosing to keep growing when it would have been easier to stay buried.

Every early morning. Every late night. Every time you did the right thing when the wrong thing was easier,  you were watering that sprout.

You thought no one saw it.

But it was growing.

It grew into your hands. Your eyes. Your heart.

It grew into who you are now.

A Length

Start the tape at the collar's top next to the shirt's highest point on the shoulder. Extend the tape to the shirt's bottom.

B Width

Begin at the seam just under one sleeve and extend the tape across to the seam under the other sleeve.

C Sleeve length

Start measuring from the back center of the collar, follow the top seam of the sleeve to the shoulder, secure the tape at the shoulder, and continue down to the end of the sleeve.
