WINTER - THE COLD
"Winter taught me how to survive when everything was frozen."
I felt stuck. Numb. Like I would never move again. Winter wasn't the end, it was the pause before I broke the chains.

SPRING - THE THAW
"Spring showed me I could grow again."
After the freeze, I started to breathe. Small steps. New leaves. I wasn't who I was in winter.
- Warrior
SUMMER - THE FIRE
"Summer gave me the fire to fight."
I stopped surviving and started building. The heat that tried to burn me became the power I use to stand.
- Warrior
FALL - HARVEST
"Harvest comes after the storm"
I planted in pain and now I'm picking power. What tried to bury me became what feeds me. My harvest is my testimony.
